Will my old payments show up in the new app?
Yes! All payments made by You in the current Mobile Bank will show up in the new one. You can manage them: repeat, view receipt, add to Favorites or autopay. Please note that payment from the new app will not show up in My Payments section of the current one, only in Card Transactions!
How to get access to my companies?
All companies from the current app are already added to the Companies section of the new one (My Bank tab). To confirm access you need to enter password from your account in the Internet-Bank. You can also add a new company. To do this, you only need to enter login and password from the Internet-Bank.
Will my autopays be saved?
Unfortunately, autopays will not be transferred. To manage autopays from the new app, please deactivate them in the current Mobile Bank and create them in the new one.
